HD Camera

This has been the best camera app for me with regards to a clear, precise focus. Easy to navigate with many options. There are no interruptions with preplaying ads, just a small symbol to tap if you want to open one. I truly would opt to pay for no ad offers as this will now be my go-to camera. l have used all of the top offered/rated android apps in the play store; even the paid ones. This one is a keeper!

Far more comparative to a dslr than any other camera app i have ever downloaded! And I LOVE that the golden ratio is included in the grid options. I have been looking for that in other apps/cameras for quite some time. That helps so much with composition. My only dislike is the lack of tutorial and/or help with navigating the app. While the number of settings is amazing, it's not an actual dslr so adjustments are obviously different. It's been a lot of trial and error so far. But I'm still happy

Great camera for a rather inexpensive phone. Still learning all the in's and out's, but hey, great app. A really minor thing, the camera stays running when you shut down the phone. That could and does do it for me about 90% of the time. But, whether or not it eats batteries remains to be seen. ...I do something. PART 2: ok, I settled on the first part everything was ok. However, upon using the camera for video and closeup photos, didn't have much luck on that. Their always blurry. Hence, delete.

There is definitely a learning curve with this app, but that's to be expected with something that can deliver really well for a free download from the Play store. The longer and the more I use it, the less I miss my real camera, a Canon eos, for being stuck with this quote on quote Obama phone camera, lol. It's actually rather amazing how good my photos look - even in low light situations. In fact, I'm often faced with light levels which don't allow my phone's camera to capture images clearly. This app solves the issue brilliantly; and automatically; no endless fussing with settings. If any of this sounds familiar, I recommend you try it out - I'm so glad I did!

The pictures are really good has decent options better than the camera that originally comes on the phone it boosts the performance of your phone camera. In my opinion it's a good app except for after you take a picture and you want to go into your settings to modify the photo the ads you have to wait but only for 3 to 5 seconds. That's why I gave it a four other than that great app

It's better than some, you have the same beautiful features that Open Camera does, but without the ability to switch between your various cameras. Not being able to use your other cameras takes away from being able to capture the video that you want. For now, Even though it's API support is still lacking a bit, Open Camera is a far better option.

All my review is cancel. I can't change my volume key for zoom, I can't change my save photo location now. 😡 The appeal of this app is that you can save the photos you take in a file of your choice, and you can also replace the volume keys with zoom, allowing you to set the settings to your liking. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is that after opening this app, the camera doesn't start immediately, and I wait about 10 or 15 seconds before I can see the subject.

Very good. Full featured. Brief ad prior to viewing photos taken, which I guess could be avoided if you use an album or file viewer app afterwards. Can turn off shutter sound. No browsing to photofolder and I am not sure how to specify my SD card. No voice activation a la Samsung. That I miss. If this had voice activation I would pay.

In General ok, I liked the professional features. Had a couple issues. Main one was that the longer I used it the slower it became. Even starting it up was taking 15 or more seconds and snapping a photo was so delayed i constantly missed shots. The built in camera is much faster. The professional features kept kicking in randomly also causing missed shots. Intrusive menus popping up that kind of thing.

I use this app because the native camera app that came with my Samsung, doesn't have the ability to select the photo resolution or save pics as jpg. This app is good when it works. I've had several occassions where the app not fully start and I was unable to take pics for a couple minutes, missing the moment. I did notice the last time it locked up, an advertisement icon appeared and I did not have an internet connection, so that may be the reason. That's the reason for 3 stars instead of 5.

A great HD camera! I appreciated the setting variability, but now where's the "orientation lock" under "setting"? I'm wondering how to add GPS location and how to lock the orientation as it was before. You tampered with the camera, it was better before!🥺 • It still doesn't stamp the location! • It looks like there's no more support for this app 😔 • WHY doesn't it stamp location when it's on and location allowed? 🤔

TERRIBLE app. Will not focus on anything over a meter away, and often won't even focus on close objects. Default camera app takes crystal clear pics, so definitely no issue with the camera/phone itself. Constant ads, forces you to open sponsor website when attempting to qccess menu or view photos. Huge waste of time, don't bother.

This newer version has one major problem on an Android 10 phone. I had to remove the app because if it. The zoom slider bar positions on top of the buttons to take photos or switch between cameras. This is a BIG problem. Please fix this. Other than that this was the BEST phone app period (previous versions that is). And I've used it for a couple years on my previous Android 8 phone.

10 minutes to open, 30 secs to take a photo, takes 3 out of 10 shots. try something else, this is worse than the Nokia camera. Too many ads which would be okay IF YOUR APP WORKED BUT IT DOESN'T. EVEN SHOWS THE PHOTO IN THE TAKEN WINDOW YET THE PHOTO IS NOT THERE WHEN SEARCHING FOR IT. ABRIDGED VERSION -> JUNK APP DO NOT INSTALL.

Marvelous, Excellent, Superb. The App is Great & I don't hesitate to recommend it to any who need one. But developers please, consider increasing the size of the meter reading when recording video. Honestly, it is too small & at times you cannot even see it. Because of the size sometimes I've missed out recording thinking I am recording. Also, it is better to position it at the top rather than in that position. For this I've given 4 star. Otherwise, it deserves a 5 star.

Klunk! I just stumbled upon the one camera app with the features setting menu options I got too lucky of looking for so short. It milks dry the mobile built-in camera's capability and performance limits, making it an untraceable source. Or GPlay's AI knows what I do - journalist, photographer and video producer - or I simply hit the jackpot. I'm only sorry for it shows on the screen some auto ad videos one while and another and for the floating gift ad pack on sight, but five stars, no regrets.

Since yesterday, I've noticed that it take too long time to open this camera in my mobile phone. I'm thinking that there was a problem in my phone. However, I tried to download this application in other 3 different phones and the same problem occurred. Once it will open and you will closed and then open it again, it will not open anymore and it will appear on your screen "FAILED TO HD CAMERA. CAMERA MAYBE BE IN USE BY ANOTHER APPLICATION". Please check and advise.

I think I like the app and as always, I'll be giving out suggestions!! 1. Maybe you can add themes and pictures and custom colors or any brief thing that will help in with the game. 2. Every app must waste space so, can you like reduce the storage space for cameras and pictures to KB instead of some MB, Well, you can make videos as long at it takes like 5min to 10min 10-50MB taken I don't know just reduce the storage space for videos.
